Domestic Shipping (Pan India)  
We offer shipping across India.

- Standard Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.  
- Express Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Every order is handled with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. While we strive to meet the timelines above, slight delays may occur due to location-specific factors or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

1. International shipping coverage 

Chapters offers international shipping to select countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on logistics and serviceability.

2. Processing Time

All international orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
• During high-demand periods or new collection drops, processing times may be slightly extended.
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)  

We ship globally from India. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.  

To maintain consistent and transparent pricing across all regions, our product prices do not include these additional charges. This allows us to keep our pricing fair and avoid inflating costs based on varying international regulations.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days
• Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

-  Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

-Any promotional free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly stated on the website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local charges.
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• The customer is solely responsible for paying any such charges.

Chapters is not liable for delays caused by customs.

6. Delivery Policy

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
• Chapters is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
• In case of delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. No Returns / No Refunds (International Orders)

All international orders are final sale.

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once the product has been delivered.
• We strongly recommend reviewing product details, sizing, and measurements carefully before placing your order.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• Chapters is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping partner.

9. Delivery & Liability

If shipment is returned due to customer fault, reshipping charges will apply.
